We specialize in Amish-made pole barns, garages, and home additions, and are dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship to our clients. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with your boss on a daily basis, and be part of a positive work environment.
A Typical Day:
Our work hours are from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, and we provide transportation from our shop to the job site. A typical day involves using a range of tools, including Skil saws, table saws, framing nailers, air tools, and cordless tools. If you’re tired of paying for a gym membership, working with us is an opportunity to get paid to work out! You’ll need to be capable of lifting 50lbs, and if you don’t have experience operating tools or equipment, don’t worry – we’re willing to train you. Within one year, you’ll learn the basics of building a garage, installing different types of siding materials, roofing, window and door installations.

Added Incentives:
We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. We offer quarterly profit-sharing bonuses based on company profits and the hours you put in, which can range from $300 to $2400 per quarter. At the end of the year, you’ll receive a bonus based on your hours and performance, which will increase with each year of employment. Starting rates range from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, and we offer health care benefits and bonuses after 90 days. A positive attitude on the job site and a willingness to learn and improve can also lead to pay increases and better benefits. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
