Being a family owned business, one of the owners will be on site at all times during the planning and construction process and will be personally invested during every stage of home construction. As we have designed homes with dozens of families we have developed a foolproof process that focuses on communication from the initial design discussions down to adding the finishing touches of the home.

Each family has unique needs and expectations when it comes to the floorplan. Our designers work with our customers to make sure their needs are met, and to bring new ideas that will enhance the flow of their home. If you are intimidated by this process, don’t fret! The exterior of your home needs to be both aesthetically pleasing and able to withstand the elements for decades to come. We use only the finest roofing and siding materials, and our team loves building homes that are unique and will stand the test of time.

After the design process is completed we will sit down with you to go over a home construction timeline and make sure the design meets and exceeds your expectations. After that, our skilled craftsmen begin construction.

During this process our construction team will be in consistent contact with you to update you on progress and to answer any questions you have.
